At the Conservative Party Conference this week, Rebecca Harris MP visited the Food & Drink Federation (FDF) stand to hear from industry representatives and expert policymakers.
Rebecca commented: “The food and drink sector is incredibly important to the UK’s economy despite facing ever rising costs under Labour. The Conservative Party is committed to building a more resilient sector through improving economic conditions for investors and reducing regulation”.
Rebecca assured the FDF that the Conservative team is committed to supporting manufacturers by lowering energy bills, cutting red tape and getting out of the way of businesses that want to grow.
