Rebecca has welcomed the reopening of the A13 at Tarpots after a week of being closed for Cadent gas works.
She went to visit the site on Monday morning to give the workers some cold bottles of water and speak to the site manager, who revealed the very good news. The work trenches were backfilled, set and painted and the site manager informed Rebecca that the traffic management was to be packed away that night.
Rebecca extended a huge well done to Cadent and their contractors, Forefront, who managed to finish the work two weeks ahead of schedule, stating it was "truly excellent news!"
