I’ve received a further update on The Hollies Surgery in Hadleigh.

There is some progress. The licence to occupy the building has now been confirmed, and safety checks are underway so services can safely return.

However, it is disappointing that we still do not have a confirmed reopening date, with early April now the earliest indication. I know many residents will share my frustration at how long this has taken.

I will continue to press for these works to be completed as quickly as possible so patients can access services from that building again.

In the meantime, patients can continue to access GP services through the temporary arrangements already in place, including appointments at alternative local sites and support via the practice by phone or online. Patients remain registered with the practice and do not need to take any action.

I will keep pushing for answers and keep residents updated.
