Rebecca at the Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign event

This week, Rebecca attended the Pink Ribbon Tea at the Palace of Westminster, marking over 30 years of Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign.

The Campaign aims to unite and inspire people globally in its mission to help create a breast cancer-free world for all. Raising awareness is critical for a disease that is diagnosed in around 55,000 women every year in the UK. 1 in 7 women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime.

The event saw survivors and campaigners explain their story and how they are all working to raise awareness and promote early detection. They strongly encourage every woman to take a moment to learn how to check themselves and share the message with others.

After the event, Rebecca said: "Breast cancer touches so many lives. Like many, I've lost family and friends to this awful disease, and I know how devastating it can be. Awareness and early checks save lives and that's why this campaign is so important."
