Now we have said goodbye to the festive season and all the baubles and lights are packed away, it’s time to dispose of our real Christmas trees

The Council are doing their usual collection services, but this year Havens Hospices are also offering a collection service in exchange for a donation to their amazing work. Havens’ volunteers are collecting real Christmas trees from addresses in Castle Point and Bowers Gifford on the 10th, 11th and 13th January for a minimum donation of £7.

The tree will be recycled and used in the grounds of their hospices.
