Rebecca Harris MP Visits Dementia UK Stand At Party Conference

At Conservative Party Conference 2024, Rebecca Harris MP visited the Dementia UK stand to show her support for their work.

Dementia UK is a charity to support people who are sadly suffering with the disease, providing admiral nurses who are specialised in dementia nursing. In the UK every 3 minutes some is diagnosed with dementia and currently in the UK 944,000 people suffer with dementia. This includes 70,800 people under 65 who suffer with dementia. In 2025, it is estimated that 1 million people will have dementia in the UK due to an ageing population. 

Rebecca commented: “Dementia destroys lives which is why it is so important that charities such as Dementia UK are fully supported and recognised for their work.”
