Last night, I was honoured to be asked to attend this year’s BBC Essex Make A Difference Awards, hosted by the wonderful Sadie Nine and Sonia Watson.

A huge well done to all the entrants but especially to Hayley Clarkson who won the Good Neighbour Award, Millie Jacques an amazing girl from Benfleet who won the Bravery Award and Lisa Rogers from Canvey who was a runner-up for the Carer Award
