Earlier this month Rebecca Harris MP officially opened the new Garden World garden centre on Canvey Road, Canvey Island. The store has been opened by local family business owners Dave and Jamie Brampton. Garden World offers plants, garden supplies, DIY products, pet products and more. It has a newly built café offering homemade food and over the festive period Garden World will have an indoor Christmas Market open at weekends offering local traders the opportunity to showcase their products.

Garden World also features a hand-painted mural created by pupils from King John School.

Rebecca said. “I was pleased to visit Garden World earlier this month and it is fantastic to see a new local business open on the island. Local businesses like Garden World are vital to our community as they provide employment opportunities for local residents."
