Yesterday Rebecca attended a First Bus meeting with local resident David Manclark, Cllr Ray Howard & Essex County Council to talk through issues raised by local bus users and ways the service can be improved. 

Rebecca commented:

"I was very pleased to hear First Essex taking on board the comments made and would like to thank them for continuing to try and improve customer service on their routes."
