Coffee Morning

☕️ 📚 It was good to see so many people supporting the Benfleet Community Archive coffee morning at South Benfleet Methodist Church earlier today.

Their exhibition was excellent as always and it was good to see lots of newly discovered and compiled documents and pictures on display.

Before I became an MP I was a Director of a firm that published local history books so I know just how much time and care goes into creating these exhibitions.

A massive well done to all the archive’s trustees, volunteers, and supporters for organising such a lovely event and thank you for continuing to dedicate your time to preserving our community’s history.

You can find out more information about the work of the archive via their website: https://www.benfleethistory.org.uk
