On Saturday, Rebecca Harris MP was invited to come and take part in a ‘Move it or Lose it’ low-impact exercise class at Runnymede Leisure Centre.

‘Move it or Lose it’ classes are aimed at over 50s inclusive of flexibility and involve low impact aerobics, balance and strength. Seated or standing, all exercises are adapted to ensure everyone is able to take part.

Tracy hosts classes at Runnymede Leisure, Thundersley (you don't need to be a gym member as the studio is hired for private use) and Hadleigh Old Fire Station, Hadleigh.

Rebecca commented: "Everyone was having great fun while I was there and it is definitely a good way to help keep fit and flexible. It is important for everyone to find enjoyable ways to keep active and healthy and I would encourage anybody to come down and have a go!"
