🏡 Rebecca recently met with residents at Kings Park on Canvey to discuss the Borough Council's draft Local Plan.
At the meeting, Rebecca explained why she believes the 'Blinking Owl' site north west of Thundersley and south of the A127 remains the most sensible place for new development.
Rebecca highlighted how choosing this location would protect the Green Belt areas that people value and reduce the number of homes the Council wants to put on Canvey.
This issue is one that many residents are worried about due to the impact on our roads, services and green spaces.
Rebecca is encouraging everyone to respond to Castle Point Borough Council's Regulation 19 consultation, even if they are reconfirming what they have already sent in, before the deadline on 5 December.
