Rebecca Joins Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal at Canvey Morrisons

Yesterday I joined some of the local Royal British Legion volunteers out selling poppies at Canvey Morrisons.

Stephen Maynard and Caroline Dodds volunteer for the Canvey Royal British Legion Branch but are members of the ‘Riders Branch’ of the legion. This is a branch for motorbike enthusiasts that are known for attending and honouring the repatriations of fallen service men and women as they arrive at Royal Wotton Basset and RAF Brize Norton. Over they years they have raised many thousands of pounds for the Royal British Legion.

Thank you to those who are giving up their time in the coming days to ensure we can all wear our poppies with pride. 🙏
