Rebecca Harris MP recently visited Carers Choice in Benfleet. Carers Choice is a local independent charity supporting unpaid carers and people they care for.

They provide advice, information and a range offer a range of valuable services including 24 hour care, Respite in the Home, Day Care for adults with disabilities, young carers groups and peer support groups. Their Silver Birch Centre is their excellent day centre for people with dementia.

Rebecca Harris MP, who is also Patron of the charity said:

“I am so grateful for the hard work of all the carers and the valuable work they provide. Carers make up the backbone of our society and I am glad to support all they do for us.”
