This morning I made my annual Christmas visit to the Benfleet Sorting office on Hart Road in Thundersley to see their amazing Christmas operation and thank them our local posties for their hard work for another year.

We are lucky to be served by a great bunch of post men and women in Castle Point and they work extra hard in December to deliver Christmas for many of us.

Benfleet and Canvey sorting offices are open every morning except Sundays and will be open on Christmas Eve.
