Dame Rebecca Stands With Canvey Jewish Community on the Holiday of Sukkot

✡️ Rebecca recently paid a visit to Canvey's Jewish community to show support following the horrific attack in Manchester earlier this month.

Rebecca met with leaders of the Jewish community on Canvey and was joined by the Chief Inspector Ganeshwaram Rasaratnam. Both were shown round the refurbished synagogue and community centre. 

The visit came less than two weeks after the vile display of antisemitism at Heaton Park Hebrew Congregation in Manchester, where tragically 2 members of the Jewish community where killed.

It is important that we stand together with our fellow Castle Point residents in the face of such despicable acts.
