Happy Birthday Canvey Island Transport Museum !

It was a pleasure to join the trustees, volunteers, and hundreds of people from the local community to celebrate the building’s 90 years serving the community. 45 years as a bus garage and 45 years as a treasure trove of transport and vehicle exhibits and local memorabilia.

It was great to see so many people there enjoying the exhibits, lovely local stalls and the wonderful themed entertainment.

Well done to the all the volunteers and trustees who made it such a special event and thank you for giving up your time to run this wonderful museum.
